Welcome, we are Nicci McDonald, Amanda Serif and Nicola Cunningham, colleagues, friends and Registered Nutritional Therapists who truly believe that food does have the power to heal and bring balance back into our lives.  Our ‘food first’ philosophy aims to provide you with the tools that you need to set you on the road to rediscovering your health and sense of wellbeing.

I support women through the different stages of their lives and with my personalised and sustainable approach to nutrition, my clients eat well and feel better.  Combining my evidence-based nutrition knowledge and my love of of food, nutrition that supports your body and your mind becomes accessible, enjoyable and sustainable.

With professional training in nutrition for cancer support, I use the latest evidence in the field of nutrition science and integrative oncology, so that my clients are  well-nourished before, during and after treatment.​​​
