ABOUT TRUE FOOD NUTRITION
We are three qualified nutrition practitioners, and midlife women ourselves, who understand how it feels when your body suddenly starts to change.
Many of the women we work with come to us feeling confused, frustrated and unsure what to do next, especially when what used to work no longer seems to help.
Our role is to help you make sense of those changes and give you simple, realistic ways to support your body, without restriction, overwhelm or starting again every Monday.
Everything we do is grounded in real food, real life and what actually works in midlife.

How we work
We don't believe in quick fixes, rigid plans or one-size-fits-all advice.
Instead we help you understand your body and build habits that feel manageable, sustainable and suited to your life, whether that's improving your energy, feeling more in control of your eating or supporting your long term health.
Our approach is supportive, practical and focused on helping you feel more like yourself again.
Meet the team
We each bring our own experience and areas of expertise, but share the same approach; helping midlife women understand their changing bodies and feel more in control of their health, eating and energy.
Amanda Serif
Registered Nutritional Therapist
I support midlife women who don't recognise how they feel anymore, whether that's their weight, energy, sleep or hormones that no longer seem to make sense.
My work is shaped by my own experience of perimenopause and the impact that had on my health and confidence. That experience led me to retrain and specialise in supporting women through this stage of life.
My approach is practical, realistic and grounded in what actually works in midlife, helping you to understand you body and what works in midlife.

Nicci McDonald
Registered Nutritional Therapist
I support midlife women who feel like their body has changed and they aren't sure what to do next; whether that's with digestion, energy, weight or food choices that no longer seem to work.
Having experienced my own health challenges, I understand how frustrating it can feel when you're trying your best but not getting results.
My approach is practical and supportive, focused on helping you feel more comfortable and confident in your body through simple, sustainable changes.

Nicola Cunningham
Registered Nutritional Therapist
I support midlife women who feel stuck with their eating, whether that's ongoing weight struggles, emotional eating or feeling out of control around food.
With both professional training and lived experience, I understand how challenging it can feel when food becomes some you battle with rather than something that support you.
My approach is calm, realistic and supportive, helping you build a more balanced and confident relationship around food that works for your life.
