Meet the team
Since True Food Nutrition was founded, we’ve supported hundreds of midlife women to feel stronger, more energised and more confident in their bodies.
We’re three highly qualified nutrition practitioners, Nicci McDonald, Amanda Serif and Nicola Cunningham, and midlife women ourselves. We understand first-hand how it feels when your body suddenly changes, and how confusing it can be to know what to do.
Our approach is grounded in real food and real life, not fads, gimmicks or quick fixes, helping women achieve sustainable and lasting results.
